Refunds

You have 30 calendar days to request a refund from the date you received your product. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your purchase receipt. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return label if applicable.

Refunds on Services

For services, our policy allows for a refund within 10 days of purchase if no substantial use of the service has been made. Please contact support to assess your eligibility.

Exceptions

Some items are non-refundable, including sale items and special custom orders. Gift cards are also non-refundable. Please refer to specific terms at the time of your purchase.
